Meet the Maker

For nearly a century, the Galantino family has crafted extra virgin olive oil within the southeast region of Apulia, Italy in a small medieval town overlooking the adriatic sea. From their own groves, Ogliarola and Coratina olives are hand-harvested, milled with granite stones, and cold-extracted within hours of harvest to preserve their pure character.

Their lemon olive oil, imported by Zia Pia, is made using an ancient method: crushing olives and fresh lemons together at the press. No added flavors, just a vibrant, naturally citrusy oil that brings brightness to seafood, vegetables, salads, soups, white meats, and delicate sauces.
