For nearly 3 centuries, the brand has maintained a continuous history of domestic manufacturing, supplying luxury soaps and fine fragrances to ten generations of customers. This includes notable historical figures such as George Washington, John & Jackie Kennedy, Cole Porter, Katharine Hepburn, and The Rolling Stones.
The brand's production process centers on specialized techniques such as triple-milling bar soaps to ensure they remain dense, long-lasting, and fragrant throughout their use. By utilizing high-quality botanicals and essential oils, all products are free from parabens, sulfates, and phthalates.
No animal testing whatsoever! They are listed in the CCIC (Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics) and the PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) directory as a cruelty-free company.
